Terms and conditions
What you can expect from Malaga Fiesta, no small print. Using the site or getting a pass means you accept what's here.
What Malaga Fiesta is
We're a guide and directory for nightlife in Malaga and the Costa del Sol — not a club, not the organiser of the parties listed here, and we don't sell tickets. What we do is gather real, reviewed public information about venues and plans, and give you a free QR pass to organise your group.
Your pass
Getting your pass is free, with no hidden cost — you never pay more going through Malaga Fiesta than going straight to the venue. The pass is a QR code that identifies your group at the door; it's not a guaranteed entry or a table booking unless we explicitly say so. Final entry always depends on that venue's own access policy, capacity and judgement — we don't decide who gets in.
Our relationship with clubs
Most of what you see (address, area, atmosphere, regular nights) is reviewed public information, not a commercial agreement. A venue is only ever marked Partner when a real, signed agreement exists — we never show that badge otherwise. When it does exist, we bill the venue per real customer who comes through with our pass, verified by the QR scanned at the door — that's how the business model works, not by charging tourists extra.
Opening hours, prices and events
Venue hours, prices and capacity can change without us knowing in the moment — always confirm with the venue before heading out. We only publish an event as confirmed when we have a verifiable public source (official poster, venue website, official Instagram…); without one, we don't publish it as tonight's plan, even if it's a known pattern for that venue.
Minimum age
The service is built for adults. Actual entry to any venue depends on its own policy — bring ID.
Content you submit
If you send us an event through Submit event, we review it by hand. We only publish it if a public source confirms it, and we reserve the right not to publish it if that bar isn't met or the information looks doubtful.
Limits on our responsibility
We do our best to keep information real and current, but we don't guarantee that a plan, opening time or price is still accurate the moment you check it. We're not responsible for a venue's decisions at the door (capacity, dress code, conduct), last-minute changes to programming, or the accuracy of public third-party sources we cite as a reference.
Photos and content
The photos we use of clubs, areas and towns are either our own, used with permission, or licensed (mostly Creative Commons, with a visible credit on every photo). We don't use a venue's official photos or logos without them being part of a clearly licensed image, or without direct permission.
Changes
We may update these terms as the project grows — the date at the top always reflects the last real revision.
This isn't a definitive legal document. It's an honest baseline for an early-stage project. Before scaling up or signing commercial agreements with venues, this text needs review by a lawyer.
